PICATINNY ARSENAL, N.J. - The Picatinny Arsenal Police Department held a bike parade on May 22.

Moms, dads, and kids of all ages were invited to decorate their bikes, scooters, wagons, or strollers as they celebrated the Kids of Picatinny.
