Fort Knox ACFT Challenge

Twenty-two participants from various Fort Knox units and organizations, to include civilian employees, completed the first Army Combat Fitness Test Challenge, hosted by U.S. Army Cadet Command.

Congratulations to these winners, for showing how you can #BeAllYouCanBe.
1ST Place Male Overall: Maj. Richard Blair, Human Resources Command, with 670 points overall. Blair was also event champion in the following events - standing power throw, sprint, drag, carry and the plank.
1st Place Female Overall: Spc. Malachi Malone, 8th Battalion, 229th Aviation Regiment, with 659 points overall. Malone was event champion in the following events: max deadlift, standing power throw, hand release push-up and the sprint, drag, carry.
1st Place Male Max Deadlift Champion: Sgt. Maj. Justin Kline, First Army Division East, with a weight of 400 pounds.
1st Place Male Hand Release Push-Up: 1st Lt. Jared Harper, First Army Division East, with 69 push-ups.
1st Place Male 2-Mile-Run: Lt. Col. Peter Hofman, First Army Division East, with 11 minutes and 16 seconds.
1st Place Female Plank: Capt. Mary Esker, Human Resources Command, with 4 minutes and 15 seconds.
1st Place Female 2-Mile-Run: Capt. Heather Minnick, Ireland Army Health Clinic, 13 minutes and 20 seconds.
