Fox Army Health Center announces the opening of limited enrollment for new patients seeking healthcare services.
To be eligible, you must already be a Tricare Prime beneficiary.
Enrolling at Fox is easy. Just call Humana at 800-444-5445 and ask to enroll at Fox Army Health Center. You will be assigned a Fox care provider and be able to call to make an appointment immediately. Be aware that if you are ages 62-64, Fox encourages you to remain with your current healthcare provider, as you will have to transition out of Fox again at 65.
