PICATINNY ARSENAL, N.J. - The purpose of this advisory is to assist in notifying residents, community leaders and municipal offices that Picatinny will be conducting tests or other activities that generates noise that may be heard outside Picatinny on Wednesday, Feb. 18., between the hours of 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.
