FORT GREGG-ADAMS, Va. — Homefront Players in association with The Beaty Theatre will hold auditions for Titanic, their upcoming spring production.
Titanic is the theater company’s fourth production in its 75th season.
Director Frank Foster and Musical Director Dee Lynch are seeking performers for a diverse cast of principal, secondary and ensemble adult roles for the upcoming production.
Auditions will take place on Monday, February 12, at 6:30 p.m. and Tuesday, February 13, at 6:30 p.m. at the Beaty Theatre (Building 4300, Sustainment Ave., Fort Gregg-Adams, Va. 23801).
Those auditioning should prepare 16 to 32 bars of a standard musical theatre piece. Please bring sheet music in the correct key (accompanist provided). You will be asked to read from the script.

Additionally, Real ID Driver License requirement to enter the installation became effective Jan. 1. Those without one must bring either a valid passport, or birth certificate along with social security card.

Titanic is the story of the passengers aboard the most legendary ship in the world, RMS Titanic.
The musical focuses on the hopes, dreams, and aspirations of her passengers who each boarded with aspirations of their own. With music by Maury Yeston and book by Peter Stone, Titanic opened on Broadway on April 23, 1997, and ran for 804 performances. The musical won five Tony Awards, including Best Musical.
No performers are paid. Rehearsal start date is to be announced for a May 3-19 run.
