PICATINNY ARSENAL, N.J. - Yesterday Brig. Gen. John T. Reim, Commanding General of Picatinny Arsenal and Joint Program Executive Officer Armaments and Ammunition, surprised former Deputy JPEO A&A, Mr. Chris J.
