How to cut down Christmas trees on post

Cedar trees and cedar greenery may be cut for use only in on- and off-post housing of active-duty military and civilian employees. Participants must furnish their own cutting tools and transportation. Cutting may continue through Dec. 25. The Christmas tree cutting area is located on Radio St. from Spearhead Division Ave. to 9th Cavalry Regiment Ave. Maps are available from the Hunt Control Office, Building 9297, on the north end of Wilson Road past the tank wash and MATES, or on the Fort Knox iSportsman Home Page at Ftknox.isportsman.net.
