Security Assistance Training Management Organization personnel and family enjoyed Halloween 2023 at Fort Liberty, North Carolina, with a Trunk-or-Treat: Feast of Screams, (a costume and vehicle decoration contest, a family-Halloween movie and bounce house), coordinated by SATMO's Jennifer Williams, the director of information management and technology. Williams was recognized by the command for her dedication and "hard work reinvigorating the Soldier & Family Readiness Group."
