HILO, Hawaii - U.S. Army Garrison Pōhakuloa Training Area (PTA) and the 25th Infantry Division participated in the Hilo Veterans Day Parade, November 4, 2023. Soldiers helped build the float while PTA staff decorated. The PTA Commander Lt. Col. Tim Alvarado and Command Sgt. Maj. Jessica Cho, PTA staff and 25th ID Soldiers rode on the float to greet thousands of parade spectators in downtown Hilo.
