Representatives from the Fort Knox Casualty Assistance Center presented three Muhammad Ali International Airport Department of Public Safety fire/police officers with certificates of appreciation and a garrison challenge coin on Monday, Oct. 30 for their leadership and dedication to ensuring the flawless execution of planeside-honors ceremonies that take place at the airport.

“Chief [Josh] Grimes and his team have gone above and beyond to support these ceremonies,” said Fort Knox Casualty Operations Officer Byron Irving. “The Families have given nothing but positive feedback about what you all do when it comes to bringing their loved ones home and helping to give them closure.”
