Also referred to as ACTION, the program was launched in 2019 by Sgt. Maj. of the Army Michael Grinston.

Pickett, a Chicago-native and culinary specialist with 564th Quartermaster Company, 13th Combat Sustainment Support Battalion, 593rd Expeditionary Sustainment Command, provided "leadership and hard work that instrumental in Courage Inn Warrior Restaurant placing first place among FORSCOM warrior restaurants, and enabled Courage Inn Warrior Restaurant in placing second" in the Army-wide competition, according to his senior leaders.
