32d AAMDC Wins Sergeant Major of the Army Retention Competition

For the second year in a row, the 32d Army Air and Missile Defense Command achieved the number one ranking in the annual Sergeant Major of the Army Retention Competition. The 32d AAMDC achieved 105% of its overall retention mission.

"This accomplishment is a testament to the dedication and support of leaders at all levels. This accomplishment is due to the tremendous support of the command teams as well as unit career counselors," said Sgt. First Class Michael Garza, Senior Retention Operations NCO for the 32d AAMDC.

The highest performing retention battalions were:

1-7 ADA from 108th BDE (139.17 %)

4-5 ADA from 69th BDE (131.01 %)

2-44 ADA from 108th BDE (112.09%)

5-52 ADA from 11th BDE (108.33 %)
