Army Cyber will be front and center at the Association of the U.S. Army (AUSA) Annual Meeting and Exposition in Washington, D.C. from Oct. 9-11.

The action actually starts a day earlier, when you can cheer on the ARCYBER teams in the Army Ten-Miler at the Pentagon from 7 a.m.-noon on Oct. 8.

But that's just the beginning.

Throughout the event Lt. Gen. Maria Barrett, commander of Army Cyber Command (ARCYBER), will participate in several presentation and discussion sessions with senior military, industry and partner organization leaders:

OCT. 10, 3 p.m. (Room 145 AB): "Homeland Defense Seminar: The Future of Homeland Defense-Setting the Theater for Multi-Domain Operations"

And if you visit the annual meeting at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center, be sure to check out the ARCYBER kiosk, "Hunting in Cyberspace: Data-Centric Operations" in the U.S. Army exhibit (Booth 6927), featuring Soldiers of the Army Cyber Protection Brigade (CPB) and representatives of the ARCYBER Talent Management (TM) team. The "Hunter Brigade" cyber warriors will discuss their mission and duties, showcase their deployable systems, and demonstrate the defensive and hunt-forward cyber operations they execute daily in support of Army and joint forces. The TM team will meet with AUSA visitors to discuss worldwide military and civilian career, internship and fellowship opportunities within ARCYBER and its subordinate organizations.
