Carlisle Barracks Garrison Commander Lt. Col. Priscella Nohle, Special Agent-in-Charge Joel Kirch, Special Agent Michael Asherman, and Craig Rudy, Director of Public Works, cut a ribbon to celebrate the opening of the new Army Criminal Investigation Division office on Carlisle Barracks during a ceremony on Sept. 7, 2023.

The project started in August 2022 and involved a $1.2 million renovation and expansion, with an 865-square-foot addition, utility upgrades, and new parking areas.

After a year of dedicated work by the Directorate of Public Works, Building 303 transformed from its previous role as a DPW Custodial Contractor's space to CID's new office. Funded through IMCOM's Facility Investment Plan, the successful project marked a commitment to modernizing facilities and mission support. CID officially occupied the premises on Aug. 11, 2023.
