PICATINNY ARSENAL, N.J. - Picatinny Arsenal’s Commanding General, Brig. Gen. John T. Reim, led the final hour of the Picatinny Arsenal Fire Department's 24-Hour Moving Flag Tribute on Sep. 12.

The run/walk began immediately after Picatinny Arsenal observed the 22nd anniversary of the September 11, 2001, attacks on our nation yesterday morning.
