Picatinny Arsenal to support NJ historical heritage celebration

Franks, Picatinny Arsenal garrison command sergeant major, joined Congresswoman Mikie Sherrill (NJ-11) and Senator Cory Booker (D-NJ), and local, state, and federal officials, historical organizations, and other key stakeholders at Washington’s Headquarters Museum in Morristown, New Jersey on August 28 for a panel discussion in preparation of the 250th anniversary of the United States celebration in 2026 and the economic opportunity it poses for New Jersey heritage tourism.
