Picatinny Arsenal welcomes new garrison command sergeant major

PICATINNY ARSENAL, N.J. - Command Sgt. Maj. Terry L. Anderson relinquished responsibility of U.S. Army Garrison, Picatinny Arsenal, to Command Sgt. Maj. David M. Franks, during a ceremony on the Pavilion at the Club at Picatinny, July 12.

Prior to the transfer of responsibility, Anderson was awarded the Legion of Merit for exceptionally meritorious conduct in the performance of outstanding services and achievements, including Picatinny Arsenal being recognized as the number one garrison in U.S. Army Installation Command (IMCOM), Sustainment Directorate, and fifth over overall in IMCOM.

Congratulations Command Sgt. Maj. Anderson, and welcome Command Sgt. Maj. Franks.
