Brigadier General Richard Harrison was interviewed by USA Today for his role in helping Patricia Limbaga achieve her dream in joining the United States Army. She was working for Doordash delivering food, and found herself on Brig. Gen. Harrison's doorstep. The two stayed in touch, and Brig. Gen. Harrison encouraged her to attend a three-week course at Fort Jackson to help her pass the U.S. Army entrance exam.
