FORT MOORE, Ga -- As society evolves with the electric vehicles, so does the U.S. Army. Here at Fort Moore, the Western Hemisphere Institute for Security Cooperation (WHINSEC) has received its first electric vehicle for use by WHINSEC personnel.
WHINSEC's Transportation Officer, Mr. Raul Delgado, takes advantage of one of the portable solar charging stations installed at Ft. Moore to ensure the vehicle is ready to be used at a moments notice.
