FORT KNOX, Ky. — Academic leaders from Fort Knox Middle High School are putting the finishing touches on plans for the Class of 2023’s May 19 graduation.

As many as 90 seniors are expected to walk the commencement stage in the school gymnasium beginning at 6 p.m., in front of families, friends and dignitaries that includes DoDEA Americas Southeast District Chief of Staff Lonnie Gilmore Jr. as the guest speaker.

Also in attendance will be DoDEA Americas Southeast District Superintendent Mr. Greg Bull and Fort Knox Community Schools Superintendent Michelle Allen.

The Class of 2023 accomplished a lot, said officials, earning more than 115 college acceptances, 10-plus Reserve Officers Training Corps scholarships, four enlistment contracts, over $6.4 million in scholarships and a U.S. Military Academy appointment.
