(Center) Angelina Billig, eldest daughter of (left) USASAC G3/7 employee Joe Billig, was recognized April 14, 2023 by (right) Dr. Myra S. Gray, USASAC's Deputy to the Commanding General. Angelina recently attained the rank of Eagle Scout. She is one of only three women in Alabama to do so. Angelina was recognized by Gray for breaking down boundaries and shining a light on a path for others to follow. Becoming an Eagle Scout is a culmination of hard work and dedication. As her final project, Angelina established a new trail on Chapman Mountain with the Alabama Land Trust, and learned important lessons regarding project management. She was elected to the Order of the Arrow and showcased her outstanding leadership through selection as part of the first class of women to attend a National Youth Leadership Training. She will graduate high school later this year.
