
FORT KNOX, Ky. – U.S. Army Human Resources Command will host its annual motorcycle ride to raise awareness of sexual assault and harassment Wednesday, April 26.
The eighth annual Raise the Bars Motorcycle Ride will begin at 1 p.m. in front of the Lt. Gen. Timothy J. Maude Complex on Spearhead Division Ave. between buildings 1 and 2. Participants will ride as a group to the Silverleaf Sexual Trauma Recovery Services Center in Elizabethtown.
All riders from the Fort Knox community and surrounding area are invited to participate. Those interested are asked to register in advance by emailing james.c.frye1.civ@army.mil.
In the event of inclement weather, the ride will take place April 28.
Raise the Bars coincides with Sexual Assault Awareness and Prevention Month, which happens in April each year.
