TOKYO - Lt. Gen. Benjamin R. Mixon, commanding general, United States Army, Pacific, introduces his wife, Rhonda, to Lt. Gen. Toshiyuki Morotomi, commanding general, Japan Ground Self-Defense Force Readiness and Development Command, Aug. 22.  Mixon and Morotomi are co-hosts of Pacific Armies Management Seminar XXXIII held concurrently with the sixth iteration of the Pacific Armies Chiefs Conference, the largest regional partnership conference in the U.S. Army.
