USASAC’s chaplain, COL Jonathan Fowler was promoted in late 2022, but celebrated February 21. His father, COL (R ) Billy Fowler was also an Army Chaplain for 20 years. At the promotion ceremony father presented son an eagle pin from his former uniform, as a special memento to mark the occasion.
