Morris County Community Covenant

On Wednesday, April 15, 2009, with over 120 in attendance at a League of Municipalities meeting, Morris County New Jersey joined together to sign the 2009 Armed Forces Covenant. This Covenant Signing Ceremony took place with all the Mayors from Morris County signing the 2009 Armed Forces Community Covenant. The Covenant was also be signed by NJ Congressman Rodney P. Frelinghuysen, NJ Senator Anthony R. Bucco, NJ Assemblyman Michael Patrick Carroll, The Civilian Aide to the Secretary of the Army from NJ, Mr. Robert Maguire, The NJ Adjutant General, MG Glenn Reith, BG Larry Wyche, Commanding JM&L LCMC, COL Russell Hrdy, Acting Senior Mission Commander Picatinny Arsenal, CEO of United Way, John Franklin, the President of the Morris County Chamber of Commerce, Paul Boudreau and numerous other local community and military representatives.
