HON Rachel Jacobson, Assistant Secretary of the Army (Installations, Energy and Environment), and Army G-9 and IMCOM leaders, joined Texas Gov. Greg Abbott, state officials and sister-service partners Jan. 25 to sign the largest-ever Statewide Intergovernmental Support Agreement (IGSA) between a state and the Department of Defense. The agreement will #modernize Army installations, save about $4 million annually, and improve Soldiers’ quality of life, leveraging roadway maintenance and repair via a public-private partnership!
