Monthly Fort Knox retirement ceremony set for Jan. 27

The monthly post retirement ceremony will be Friday, Jan. 27 at 3 p.m. in Waybur Theater and hosted by the commanding general of U.S. Army Human Resources Command, Maj. Gen. Thomas Drew, and the HRC senior enlisted advisor, Command Sgt. Maj. Anthony McAdoo.

The public is invited, and the event will also be live streamed on Fort Knox Facebook at https://www.facebook.com/events/643122947562102 (Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome and Firefox web browsers recommended).

The following retirees will be honored in this ceremony:

  • Col. Daniel Gilbert, from U.S. Army Human Resources Command, with 23 years of service
  • Lt. Col. Vaughn Thompson, from 4th Cavalry Multi-functional Training Brigade, with 22 years of service
  • Lt. Col. Kentrell Wilson, from V Corps, with 23 years of service
  • Mrs. Paula Capps, from U.S. Army Human Resources Command, with 37 years of service
  • Mrs. Jacqueline Craig, from U.S. Army Garrison, with 20 years of service
  • Ms. Gloria Pringle, from U.S. Army Cadet Command, with 40 years of service
  • Capt. Victor Acevedo, from V Corps, with 20 years of service
  • Chief Warrant Officer 5 John Jasinski, from 1st Theater Sustainment Command, with 32 years of service
  • Command Sgt. Maj. Stephen Clark, from V Corps, with 30 years of service
  • Sgt. Maj. Kathy Manglona, from U.S. Army Human Resources Command, with 27 years of service
  • 1st Sgt. James Bradham, from 101st Airborne Division (AAslt.), with 22 years
  • Master Sgt. Rahamane Cisse, from U.S. Army Human Resources Command, with 21 years
