Lawton/Fort Sill unveils Tourism Kiosk at Exchange

On November 28, 2022, a ribbon-cutting ceremony marked the installation of a Tourism Kiosk in the Fort Sill Exchange. There was a lot of effort put in by the mayor of Lawton, the Lawton Chamber of Commerce, Garrison leadership, and the general manager of the Exchange. The tourism kiosk is the third of its kind, with two others placed in Lawton.

The Garrison Commander, COL Jim Peay, stated, "family day and graduations are significant events for those taking part in Basic Combat Training and Advanced Individual Training, attracting many people." With the help of this kiosk, they'll be able to find their way around the post and the city of Lawton. The kiosk can help you plan your entire trip, from where to dine to what to see to what fun things to do in your free time. Family members, soldiers, and relatives have quick access to information about upcoming events and a wealth of other information from the kiosk.
