Tim Norton, former Commander of the 4th Brigade Special Troops Battalion, 4th Brigade Combat Team, 1st Cavalry Division, presents Bill and Jean Shine, representatives from the Shine Team Realtor's Company, with a plaque of appreciation from the 4th BSTB for the support provided to the unit's Soldiers while they were deployed to Southern Iraq.

Col. Philip Battaglia, former Commander of the 4th Brigade Combat Team, 1st Cavalry Division, Lt. Col. Tim Norton, former Commander of the 4th Brigade Special Troops Battalion along with their wives Diane Battaglia and Leslie Norton, present Bill and Jean Shine, representatives from the Shine Team Realtor's Company, with a certificate of appreciation and a U.S. flag that was flown over the brigade's headquarters while the unit was stationed in Iraq. The Shine Team officially adopted the 4th BSTB and supported the Spartan Soldiers throughout their past deployment in Southern Iraq.
