San Bernardino Soldier trains Iraqi Police on humvee maintenance

FORWARD OPERATING BASE MAREZ, MOSUL, Iraq - Sgt. Joseph Benson, a track mechanic from San Bernardino, Calif. with B Field Maintenance Company, 215th Brigade Support Battalion, 3rd Heavy Brigade Combat Team, 1st Cavalry Division observes an Iraqi Policeman with the 4th Emergency Response Battalion, Ninewa Provincial Police as he tightens the lug nuts of an M1151 HMMWV during a training exercise on Forward Operating Base Marez August 12. The training, hosted by B Co., prepared the police for maintaining their own vehicles once U.S. Forces have withdrawn.
