RADWANIYAH, Iraq - An Iraqi Federal Policeman (left) pulls security with Staff Sgt. Fletcher Sargent, of Troy, N.C., a tanker with Company D, 252nd Combined Arms Battalion, 30th Heavy Brigade Combat Team, during a joint Iraqi and U.S. patrol in Radwaniyah, south of Baghdad, Aug. 6. RADWANIYAH, Iraq -First Lt. John Burt (bottom), of Fuquay-Varina, N.C., inspects a blockage in a canal, while Cpl. Jonathan Tart, of Erwin, N.C., maintains security as a villager and his son watch, in the Radwiniyah district south of Baghdad, Aug. 06. Burt spoke to villagers and looked to see what was blocking the canals from flowing properly during an Iraqi and U.S. joint patrol.
