FORT KNOX, Ky. -- Hundreds of retirees and their family members attended Retiree Appreciation Day in Saber & Quill Oct. 14.
Included at this year's event were free flu shots by medical personnel from Ireland Army Health Clinic and tubs full of free undergarments from the American Red Cross.
Those who attended also heard the latest news and updates from various organizations at the installation, received free goodies from several agencies and partners, and enjoyed a 30-minute window tour of the installation.
