<strong>YONGSAN GARRISON, Republic of Korea</strong> - Eighth U.S. Army announced the civilian uniform policy for an upcoming training exercise. All emergency essential civilians and mission essential civilians are authorized to wear the Army Combat Uniform throughout the Ulchi Freedom Guardian Combined Arms Exercise.

The exercise is set to kick off Monday and last for two weeks.

Lieutenant General Joseph F. Fil Jr., 8th U.S. Army commander, signed a memoradum Aug. 5 stating the only items to be worn on the ACUs are the name and Department of the Army Civilian nametape, U.S. insignia and the U.S. flag.
