Educational Developmental Intervention Services (EDIS) partnered with the New Parent Support Program (NPSP), and the ACS Exceptional Family Member Program (EFMP) for a Sensory Gala event on Friday, July 22. The children and families enjoyed sensory activities while learning about programs and activities available to them. Ms. Holly Mello and Ms. Kelley Prendergast with the Lyster Army Health Clinic's EDIS program provided information about available resources and types of early intervention services for birth to three years.

EDIS provides the following services:

·        Developmental Screening

·        Developmental Evaluation

·        Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP)

·        Early Intervention Services

·        Transition Services

Families may request developmental screening or evaluations directly from EDIS by calling (334) 255-7237. To learn more about EDIS services, visit https://lyster.tricare.mil/Getting-Care/EDIS
