U.S. Army Aberdeen Test Center Commander's Col. Timothy Matthews presents the Army's Civilian Service Achievement Medal to ATC team member David Kronick for his outstanding efforts from October 2021 to May 2022 as the acting division chief in the Electronic Test Support Division of ATC's Virtual Test & Advanced Electronics Directorate.

"David was there when we needed someone to step up and fill a critical vacancy within our VTAE Directorate, and his ability to communicate, calm demeanor and empathy to work with others provided the stability and morale his division needed at that time," Matthews remarked to the assembled ATC personnel on hand to see the presentation.

"I'm really honored to receive this medal today and to work with my ATC team members everyday," said Kronick after the ceremony.
