FORT KNOX, Ky. – A rare opportunity for Fort Knox community members to voice what they believe are strengths and weaknesses at the installation has returned and is open for public feedback.

The Community Strengths and Themes Assessment survey is an online questionnaire for Soldiers, dependents, civilians, retirees and anyone associated with Fort Knox to express their personal thoughts. The CSTA opened at the beginning of April and will be available to community members through June 30.

Those interested in taking the survey can visit usaphcapps.amedd.army.mil. There, they will find a series of questions pertaining to family, social, psychological, spiritual and physical themes, as well as overall community wellness.

The CSTA survey is conducted every two years. Past CSTA results have resulted in positive changes in healthier food options at dining facilities and the commissary, as well as counseling opportunities.

The CSTA survey was developed to improve readiness, resilience and quality of life on Army installations.
