U.S. Army Soldiers from the 130th Engineer Brigade, 8th Military Police Brigade, 10th Support Group, and Papua New Guinea Defense Force hike Owers Corner to Imita Base trail, Papua New Guinea during Tamiok Strike 22, on March 27. The hike gave the U.S. Soldiers the opportunity to have a cultural day with the PNGDF to learn Papua New Guinea history. We must continue to grow and mature our partnerships; it is only through these relationships that we are able to prevent, mitigate, and respond to crises and uphold regional security and stability.
