In the spirit of friendship, the U.S. Army Garrison Okinawa Command Team of Lt. Col. Ryan S. Gladding and Command Sgt. Maj. Kalani Kalili along with the commander’s wife, Amber and son, Hunter, dressed as popular Pokémon characters to deliver “Halloween pumpkin greetings” to local hospitals and preschools in the Yomitan area.

The staff at each location were eager to receive the gifts to display, especially the preschools, who enthusiastically dressed up in anticipation of the visit.

Overall, six greetings were delivered to two hospitals and four preschools. The crafts were designed and created by the garrison Community Relations Office.
