During their two-day visit, Evans and Klippstein also looked at unaccompanied enlisted housing, joint-service barracks and the central issue facility, as well as Family and Morale, Welfare and Recreation facilities, including the Outdoor Adventure Center and the RecPlex.
The DCS G-9 administers installation resource program evaluation; leads the Army’s quality of life effort; and implements, integrates, supervises and assesses execution of policies, resources, plans and programs for the installation enterprise.
