Beneficiaries can now attend Virtual Yoga Classes offered by Lyster Army Health Clinic.

Yoga, a form of exercise that focuses on strength, flexibility, and breathing to enhance physical and mental wellbeing. The primary components of yoga are postures, which are a series of movements designed to increase strength and flexibility, and breathing.

Beneficiaries of Lyster Army Health Clinic can attend weekly complimentary virtual Yoga classes through the Mizani Fitness Government Health & Wellness Program from the comfort and safety of your residence or office. Mizani Fitness Yoga classes combine mindful movement with breath to help you feel grounded, reduce stress, and anxiety.
