CSM Renard R. Chaffin presented SGT Tabitha N. Lloyd, the non commissioned officer in charge of USAG Fort A.P. Hill Lois E. Wells Health Clinic with a Certificate of Achievement and a coin for excellent support and service on May 11, 2021.
SGT Lloyd is assigned to Kenner Army Health Clinic out of USAG Fort Lee, VA and has served as the senior enlisted medic at Fort A.P. Hill since March of 2020. SGT Lloyd will transition out of the U.S. Army this month.
