Lyster Army Health Clinic updates Pharmacy Fax Number

Fort Rucker, AL – Lyster Army Health Clinic announced a change to the Pharmacy’s Fax Number. The Pharmacy's new fax number, 877-374-1656, replaced the current fax number in use to improve communication. The office phone number remains unchanged. Area medical professionals are encouraged to update contact information and utilize the new Pharmacy Fax number 877-374-1656 to submit faxed prescriptions. Effective 1 April, the previous fax number will no longer be valid. Tricare Beneficiaries should remind their healthcare provider of the change to ensure no interruption of prescription service.
