Army Command Spotlight: U.S Army War College

The U.S. Army War College (USAWC) educates and develops leaders for service at the strategic level while advancing knowledge in the global application of Landpower. As a supporting organization of AWC, the Army War College Foundation, Inc. supports USAWC and it’s graduates in the preparation of outstanding senior leaders by enriching the academic environment, enhancing outreach and events, and encouraging alumni connections.

With the publics support, the Army War College Foundation, Inc provides the Margin of Excellence to the academic experience at the U.S. Army War College. The Army War College Foundation has continued to enhance the educational experience of the student body through stewardship of academic and complementary programs. Funding from the Foundation directly supports student and faculty events such as: National Security Seminar, distinguished lecturers, writing awards for students and faculty, the International Fellows Program, and conferences and exercises.

The Army War College Foundation, Inc. is a non-profit, tax-exempt, publicly supported organization under section 501(c)(3) and 509(a)(1) of the IRS Code, and is incorporated and registered in Pennsylvania. All donations are tax deductible to the extent allowed by law.
