Team CECOM,
In light of the Christmas holiday, I want to thank you all again for your
incredibly hard work on behalf of our Soldiers this year. I know the
circumstances have been difficult, but your resilience, ingenuity, and
adaptiveness to ensure the signal and medical materiel continue to go
through for our men and women at the tip of the spear has been inspiring.
Although this Christmas will be very different from how we typically
celebrate it, please make sure you take time for yourself and your family
while doing everything you can to prevent any further COVID-19 transmission.
In particular and better late than never, I want to recognize two teammates,
Kelly Pearson from the ILSC and Louise Chen (now serving with PEO C3T), who
were just announced as AMC Employees of the Quarter for the first and second
quarters of FY20, respectively. The AMC Employee of the Quarter program
recognizes civilian and military personnel whose outstanding and innovative
contributions made a direct positive impact to AMC's mission goals. Please
be sure to congratulate these exceptional individuals for this achievement.
For the GS-12 to 15 workforce (or equivalent), there will be multiple Senior
Enterprise Talent Management/Enterprise Talent Management (SETM/ETM)
information sessions on 13 and 14 January. The SETM/ETM programs provide
career-minded employees the opportunity to develop and expand their
educational and training experiences to prepare them for more significant
