Staff Sgt. Christian Davies has been serving in the Combat Training Company as a range cadre member, unit prevention leader and communications instructor simultaneously in efforts to acquire his Basic Army Instructor Badge. Davies executes all three duties flawlessly.

Although he is assigned to a range and executes his primary duties there, his drive led to him volunteering as a certified instructor. When his range is not in session, Davies instructs in support of the communications section, supporting nearly 80 Basic Combat Training/One Station Unit Training classes over the past year.

Davies represents selfless service and is worthy of recognition.

Dr. Nancy Alavanja, chief of the General Leonard Wood Army Community Hospital pharmacy, worked directly with units, around critical training events and on site to administer flu shots to trainees and cadre, ensuring all training requirements were met while also protecting them and ensuring their health and safety.

Alavanja represents duty, and the Maneuver Support Center of Excellence appreciates her.
