HONOLULU, Hawaii - Lt. Gen. Benjamin R. Mixon, commanding general, U.S. Army, Pacific, and Gene Castanetti, director of the National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific, watch Gen. Yoshifumi Hibako, chief of staff, Japan Ground Self Defense Force, present a wreath in honor of fallen Soldiers from past conflicts, July 7, at the National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific. Approximately 20 Japan Self Defense Force personnel are attending the U.S.-Japan Senior Leader Seminar to discuss topics concerning both countries.
