FORT KNOX, Ky. — Fort Knox officials will be soliciting feedback from Soldiers, Department of the Army civilians, retirees and family members through the biennial Community Strengths & Themes Assessment Survey from Oct. 1 to Dec. 30.U.S. Army Public Health Center developed the CSTA to serve as a comprehensive tool to assess the installation community’s perceptions of health, health-related concerns, quality of life, safety, and satisfaction with and access to post programs and services.
