Q: What does Hispanic Heritage Month mean to you?

A: It is a month to celebrate culture.

Q: What is a family tradition you wish to pass down, that your parents have passed down to you?

A: Making tamales at Christmas Time

Q: How long have you worked for the Little Rock District?

A: 5 years

Q: What positions have you held in the district?

A: Security Specialist & Security Manager

Q: What was your favorite job position and why?

A: Both positions I’ve done here because Security is my passion and I’ve been able to go out to all of our projects to meet and speak with employees as well as see the infrastructure.

Q: What do you enjoy most about your job?

A: I love being able to travel around to see all of the District.

Q: What projects are you working on now and what are some of the challenges?

A: Physical Security Inspections and Terrorism Vulnerability Assessments, biggest challenge is time!

Q: What has been your favorite project you have worked on so far?

A: I love everything I do!

Q: What ways have you found to balance your home life with the busy schedule you have at work?

A: I force myself to wind down from work and leave work at work. Make myself be present when I am home.
