Monthly Fort Knox retirement ceremony set for Sept. 25

The monthly post retirement ceremony will be Friday, Sept. 25 at 3 p.m. in Waybur Theater and hosted by the commander of First Army Division East, Brig. Gen. Mark Landes, and his senior enlisted advisor, Command Sgt. Maj. David Bass.

Attendance is by-invitation only to ensure proper social distancing; however, everyone is invited to watch a live stream of the event at https://www.facebook.com/FortKnoxKY/.

The following retirees will be honored in this ceremony:

*Sgt. 1st Class William Patterson Jr., U.S. Army Recruiting Command, with 20 years of service

*Constance Hunter, U.S. Army Human Resources Command, with 38 years of service

*First Sgt. Clarence Jones, 4th Cavalry Multifunctional Training Brigade, with 25 years of service

*Sgt. Maj. James Stout, Army Reserve Aviation Command, with 40 years of service

*Maj. WaiWah Ellison, U.S. Army Recruiting Command, with 21 years of service

*Command Sgt. Maj. Vicki Harris, U.S. Army Human Resources Command, with 26 years of service

*Sgt. Maj. Tonya Cason, 1st Theater Sustainment Command, with 28 years of service
