FORT BRAGG, N.C. –The court martial for Col. Kevin M. Russell concluded at 2:20 p.m. today.

Colonel Russell was found not guilty of all five specifications of sexual assault and abusive sexual contact, violations of the Uniform Code of Military Justice Article 120.
